Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Key Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with salon, spa, and clinic partners. Daily responsibilities include managing partner accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving partner engagement, and supporting revenue growth. The role involves providing tailored solutions to partners, addressing their requirements, and ensuring the seamless implementation of LUZO services. The Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities for collaboration and contribute to the overall success of the platform's partnerships.

CTC - 6.5 to 9 LPA (Depending on experience).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service expertise
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships, including negotiating and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry or prior experience in a business development or account management role is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analytics to drive decision-making
  • Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach
