Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Key Account Manager Channel Sales. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end key account activities, drive sales performance, build strong relationships with partners, and monitor sales goals through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, developing partnership programs with channel partners, and implementing processes to acquire new accounts. The Key Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction by understanding business requirements and providing appropriate solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise and experience in Channel Sales, Key Account Management, and Partner Relationship Management
  • Skills in strategic planning, execution, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
  • Proficiency in market research and business analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, balancing multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience in the interiors, home improvement, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
