Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager position based in Kochi. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with key accounts, supporting clients with their aviation supply needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include maintaining existing client relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, implementing business plans, analyzing account performance, and delivering exceptional service to meet client requirements. The role requires working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer support.
Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise with an ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and identifying new revenue opportunities for strategic growth
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to monitor account performance and recognize trends
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, ensuring a client-focused approach and satisfaction
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to foster partnerships and resolve challenges
  • Proven experience in aviation, aerospace, or a similar industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work at the Kochi office and participate in frequent client interactions
