Location: Gurgaon (on-ground, travel-heavy role)

As we expand into Large Format Retail (LFR), we're looking for a strong Channel Account Manager who understands the dynamics of premium appliances, modern trade, and building relationships that move business.

The Role: LFR Channel Account Manager

This is a high-ownership offline sales role focused on building and scaling Nuuk's presence across Vijay Sales, Croma, Reliance Digital, and other premium LFR partners.

You will be the face of Nuuk in the offline space driving sell-in, ensuring sell-out, managing store teams, and building deep relationships that accelerate growth.

You will work directly with our Growth Lead (interim Head of Offline Sales) as the first hire in the LFR function, with the opportunity to shape how Nuuk expands offline in India.

What You'll Do

1. Drive LFR Sell-In + Sell-Out
  • Own sales, listings, and performance across Vijay Sales, Croma, Reliance Digital, and regional modern trade players
  • Deliver revenue targets through strong relationship management and structured account planning
  • Negotiate visibility, placements, offers, and partner-level activations

2. Build & Manage Partner Relationships
  • Maintain deep, trust-based relationships across store managers, regional managers, and category buyers
  • Actively drive new partner acquisition (e.g., expanding from Vijay Sales Croma Reliance Digital)
  • Ensure Nuuk is top-of-mind for store staff through training, engagement, and regular visits
  • This role demands someone who enjoys being on-ground, meeting people, and making things happen.

3. Store Team Management
  • Manage the field promoter team across all LFR stores
  • Hire, train, and build backups to ensure zero disruption in store coverage
  • Monitor store performance, daily KPIs, and promoter productivity

4. Offline Execution & Brand Presence

  • Work closely with Brand & Marketing teams on store branding, fixtures, displays, and local marketing initiatives
  • Ensure flawless execution of all offline campaigns and in-store experiences

5. On-Ground Leadership
  • Identify gaps across pricing, visibility, merchandising, display hygiene, and consumer experience and fix them fast
  • Act as the on-ground problem-solver for anything blocking revenue
  • Drive consistent communication between stores, distributors, and Nuuk internal teams

Who You Are

  • 56 years of experience in offline sales / LFR channel management in premium consumer durables or appliances
  • Strong network across Vijay Sales, Croma, Reliance Digital, or similar modern trade partners
  • Comfortable handling sell-in negotiations, sell-out performance, and store activations
  • A natural relationship builder personable, persuasive, and highly credible with partners
  • Execution-first mindset: on the move, hands-on, make it happen style
  • Strong team management skills; experience handling promoters or sales teams is preferred
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments where ownership is high
  • A self-starter who enjoys building the offline playbook from scratch
