Key Account Manager

Pay: 18,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the assigned region
  
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors
  
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients
  
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective service delivery
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics
  
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional business growth
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Business (Pharma Sales)
  
• Proven track record in pharma sales.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically in pharma sector.
  
• B.Sc/ B. Pharma or a related field
