Key responsibilities
Plan and schedule customer calls as per the prescribed norms in order to improve & grow secondary sales.
• Improve product mix by adhering to Doctor Brand Product Matrix (DBPM)
• Business potential analysis & KOL management.
• Tracking top hospitals business, market sale and market capture.
• Propose strategies to increase market sale size and penetration.
• Propose Brand and Sales Planning.
• Improve relationship building by adding values through CME's, RTD's, PAP's, NEP's etc
• Strictly adhere & implementation of sales process & marketing strategies
• Track competition and propose competitive strategies.
• Activity proposal handling and ensuring tracking of business & ensuring ROI.
• Timely Submission of applicable Reports / Activity Strategy / Strategy Feedback.
• Handling effectively customer complaints & ADR's promptly as per set norms.
• Ensure follow of COC's & HR policies.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Qualifications
• Science or Pharmacy graduate.
• MBA Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 0 - 5 yrs of Pharma selling experience
• Preferably should be from the same segment / Super Speciality Sales
