Location - Mumbai or Bangalore

Experience - at least 3 years

CTC - 5-7 lpa

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the IT domestic sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
• Maintain client satisfaction scores and proactively address concerns.
• Prepare account status reports and share updates with management.
• Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner during client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
