Title: Key Account Manager Intern
Duration: 6 months
Location: Delhi | Work from office
Key responsibilities:
Some of the broad responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Key Account Management team in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and addressing client requirements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects and services.
- Attend client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and track action items for follow-up.
- Develop an understanding of client business objectives and contribute to enhancing the overall client experience.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed as per agreed schedules.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to support client retention and business growth initiatives.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand existing accounts. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and account-related information.
Skills & Educational qualification:
- Recently completed a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Keen interest in Client Servicing, Key Account Management, Relationship Management, and Business Development.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Previous internship, project, or leadership experience involving client interaction, stakeholder management, or event coordination will be an added advantage.
