Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Institutional Sales team in the Medical Devices industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the institutional segment.
Responsibilities:
- Institutional Sales Achievement - Secondary
- New Tender Acquisition and Rate Contract Management.
- Government and Corporate Hospital Empanelments.
- Understand the purchase process of Various Govt Institutes (i.e. Medical Colleges, Defence, Railways, AIIMS, PSU and ESIC's).
- Key Account Development and Relationship Management.
- Institutional Team Development and Performance Tracking.
- Coordination with Finance, SCM, and Product Teams for order execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration for new product inclusion in tenders.
- Drive compliance and ensure ethical business practices.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. (Medical)/B.Pharma/D.Pharma
- 10 to 15 years of experience in medical devices or Pharmaceutical sales, preferably in institutional sales
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and medical devices industry or Pharmaceuticals industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling medical devices to institutions
- Knowledge of tenders, RFPs, and institutional sales processes
- Strong networking and communication skills
Pay range and compensation package:
- 12.00 to 15.00 LPA
