Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad and South Delhi. The Key Account Manager for the Institution Team will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key institutional accounts. Key responsibilities include developing business plans, analyzing market strategies, managing accounts effectively, driving sales growth, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions tailored to the clients needs while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Account expertise, with a proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • Advanced Business Planning and Analytical Skills, with the ability to formulate and execute strategies for account growth.
  • Customer Service skills, including a client-focused approach and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with the nutrition or healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
