Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead account strategy planning and execution for assigned customers and industries
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize business opportunities across industry segments
- Manage and strengthen the ecosystem of EPCs, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners associated with key accounts
- Act as a technology and solutions advocate for industrial automation offerings within named accounts
- Drive profitable market share growth and expand business penetration
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, market share movements, and new product launches
- Define and execute positioning strategies for automation and software solutions
- Promote differentiated automation approaches and digital transformation solutions for customers
- Drive transactional business growth and improve customer engagement
- Support customer-centric initiatives and cross-functional business collaboration
- Organize partner and stakeholder training programs to build sales and technical competency

Additional Information
Candidate Profile
- Engineering Degree is mandatory; MBA will be an added advantage
- Exposure to Cyber Security solutions or Industrial Cyber Security is preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial automation products, solutions, and market dynamics
- Good knowledge of competitors and industry trends will be advantageous
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation sales, business development, or offer marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to take ownership, drive business results, and manage strategic accounts
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, cultures, and management levels
- Self-driven professional with strong execution capability and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
