About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow our key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client servicing, campaign execution, and revenue growth strategies, along with experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and B2B SaaS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client goals and ensure seamless execution of campaigns/projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality and timely outcomes
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Monitor account performance and share insights/reports with stakeholders
- Address and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing / Creator Economy
- Exposure to B2B SaaS products/services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
