Job Title: Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships

● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

● Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery

● Ensure timely execution and high-quality service delivery

● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

● Track account performance and prepare regular reports

● Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

● 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

● Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

● Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
