What You'll Do
New Business (Primary Focus)
● Prospect and onboard new corporate clients
● Build proposals, negotiate, and close deals
● Consistently achieve revenue targets
Account Management
● Own and manage large corporate accounts post-closure
● Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
● Comfortable working with data and deriving insights
● Strong in creating presentations (PPTs) for clients and pitches
● Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
● Drive renewals and ensure high retention
● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Who We're Looking For
● 4–7 years of experience in B2B ecosystem, preferably into Healthcare
● Preferred industries:
○ Healthtech (e.g., MediBuddy, ekincare, etc.)
○ Insurance / Insurtech / Brokers (e.g., AON, Marsh, Nova, Loop)
● Experience handling large corporate clients end-to-end
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
