We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager for our Gynaecology department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving sales growth within the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the gynaecology market and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the gynaecology sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance accurately.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-9 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical with a focus on gynaecologist doctors professional relations and communications with 80 at least Gynaecologist patients etc .
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in gynaecology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Job description

We have openings for Key Account Managers for Ayur Pharma products for Gynae patients.

Locations: Any of Chennai/Bangalore, Delhi location

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Gynaecology segment (maximum Age in late 30s shall be preferred ) and total experience shall be more in total experience.

CTC – 6L+TA DA & Incentives and as per merit of the candidate.

Role Summary

Responsible for managing and growing business from approximately 100 core gynaecology customers (doctors/hospitals) in the assigned territory. The role focuses on deep relationship building, scientific promotion, and consistent achievement of sales and activity targets. Will report to Zonal sales heads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop 100 core gynaecology customers in the assigned HQ, ensuring regular coverage and strong relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct CMEs, round-table meetings and one to one discussion to promote Ayurveda-based gynaecology therapies.
  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and brand promotion activities in the field.
  • Monitor prescription trends, competitor activities and market insights; share timely feedback with seniors/marketing.
  • Coordinate with distributors, stockists and internal teams to ensure product availability and resolve supply issues.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with strong pharma sales experience (gynaecology segment mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years successful experience in gynaecology products with established relationships in the segment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in scientific discussions with gynaecologists.
  • Good territory knowledge of Chennai/ Bangalore / Delhi markets.
  • Self-motivated, target oriented and disciplined in field working and reporting.
