Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-potential partners in the study abroad consultant space. Your primary goal will be to maximize the potential of these key accounts by increasing the volume and quality of business they generate. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and report directly to the Head of Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of partners.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze partner performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Engagement & Collaboration
- Engage with partners through meetings, calls, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless partner experience.
Strategic Initiatives
- Drive joint campaigns, integrations, and training sessions.
- Organize webinars/events for partner engagement.
Reporting & Analysis
- Share performance reports with leadership.
- Track market trends and competitor activity.
Payout Management
- Ensure timely partner payouts in coordination with accounts.
Ideal Candidate
Experience: 3+ years in account management/sales/business development
Skills: Analytical, communication, stakeholder management
Attributes: Proactive, result-driven, team player
Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
