Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will also be tasked with developing business plans, performing customer service, and providing analytical support. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs and align services accordingly.
