Job Description

The Role

Drive government tender wins and institutional sales for our diagnostics & PoC product portfolio across South India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end tenders on GePNIC, CPP Portal, Tender Wizard & state portals
  • Build relationships with CMOs, NHM/CGHS/ESIC officers & hospital administrators
  • Manage & expand distributor network (36 partners) across the territory
  • Own targets: tender wins, revenue, empanelments & distributor growth

Must-Have

  • 515 years in government medical device/diagnostics sales in South India
  • Proven tender-winning track record on government e-procurement portals
  • Knowledge of NHM, CGHS, ESIC procurement programs
  • Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu
  • Willing to travel extensively.

Preferred

  • B.Sc / B.Pharma / B.E. + MBA (preferred)
  • Background in diagnostics, PoC, or rapid test kits
  • Existing network with government health procurement officials
