Job Description

Manage existing government accounts, large ministries and central PSUs (Railways, Banks, Insurance, Power, Oil).
Drive ongoing contract renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities across Communication Platforms and Cloud Voice Solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior officials and decision-makers.
Provide post-order execution support to ensure timely delivery, resolution of issues, and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with presales, delivery, and technical teams to coordinate demos, POCs, and service implementations.
Track revenue growth, pipeline, and account performance metrics, reporting to senior management.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize revenue contribution
