Job Description

  • Manage existing government accounts, large ministries and central PSUs (Railways, Banks, Insurance, Power, Oil).
  • Drive ongoing contract renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities across Communication Platforms and Cloud Voice Solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior officials and decision-makers.
  • Provide post-order execution support to ensure timely delivery, resolution of issues, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and technical teams to coordinate demos, POCs, and service implementations.
  • Track revenue growth, pipeline, and account performance metrics, reporting to senior management.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize revenue contribution
