Business Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer experience in assigned territories for existing and potential customers.

- Direct sales activities within assigned accounts.

- Identify and act on tender opportunities in coordination with Business Manager and Finance teams.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management, product support, and service.
- Build loyalty and strong relationships with senior customers and decision-makers.
Internal Processes and People Management:
- Develop sales plans and sales forecasts for assigned territories.
- Keep teams informed to support effective decision-making across the organization.
- Recommend incentive programs to drive sales performance.
- Foster teamwork, cooperation, and loyalty within the organization.
- Mentor new KAMs and ensure positive engagement in the team
