Job Description

Business Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer experience in assigned territories for existing and potential customers.
  • Implement business strategies to achieve agreed business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities and at-risk business, providing insights to improve short- and long-term strategies.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities.
  • Contribute to special projects as agreed.

Sales and Customer Satisfaction:

  • Direct sales activities within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct detailed account analysis and customer profiling to maintain accurate account information.
  • Identify and act on tender opportunities in coordination with Business Manager and Finance teams.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management, product support, and service.
  • Build loyalty and strong relationships with senior customers and decision-makers.

Internal Processes and People Management:

  • Develop sales plans and sales forecasts for assigned territories.
  • Keep teams informed to support effective decision-making across the organization.
  • Recommend incentive programs to drive sales performance.
  • Foster teamwork, cooperation, and loyalty within the organization.
  • Mentor new KAMs and ensure positive engagement in the team
