Job Summary
The Key Account Manager_CRM will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Gamlaa Bioscapes most critical clients. This role aims to align client needs with Gamlaa's solutions through effective customer relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The role demands strategic thinking, strong communication, and deep industry insight to identify opportunities and drive business growth within key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement account management strategies focused on customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage and grow strategic accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication to understand and meet their needs.
Build, sustain, and deepen strong, long-term client relationships that foster trust and partnership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and customer support) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure timely project delivery.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account revenue.
Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to proactively address client concerns and optimize account growth.
Negotiate contracts and renewals in alignment with client objectives and Gamlaa's business goals.
Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management and clients.
Stay updated on market trends, customer industry insights, and competition to craft informed account strategies.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager managing CRM systems in a B2B environment, preferably in bioscapes, environment solutions, or related sectors.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in collaboration with diverse teams.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
