Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in the e-commerce industry to manage and grow strategic online marketplace accounts. The role involves driving sales, optimizing listings, managing promotions, and building strong relationships with platforms and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and visibility
- Handle product listings, pricing, and catalog management
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and marketplace analytics
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, warehouse)
- Ensure stock availability and demand forecasting
- Resolve account-related issues and escalations
- Maintain relationships with account managers from marketplaces
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce account management
- Hands-on experience with major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Familiarity with inventory planning and demand forecasting
- Experience working in D2C or marketplace-driven brands
