Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in the e-commerce industry to manage and grow strategic online marketplace accounts. The role involves driving sales, optimizing listings, managing promotions, and building strong relationships with platforms and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and visibility
  • Handle product listings, pricing, and catalog management
  • Plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and marketplace analytics
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, warehouse)
  • Ensure stock availability and demand forecasting
  • Resolve account-related issues and escalations
  • Maintain relationships with account managers from marketplaces

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce account management
  • Hands-on experience with major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
  • Knowledge of SEO for product listings
  • Familiarity with inventory planning and demand forecasting
  • Experience working in D2C or marketplace-driven brands
