Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager at FiveS Digital. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow strategic customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts. Responsibilities include understanding client business goals, preparing and executing account plans, and identifying opportunities to expand the use of FiveS Digital's CX, digital transformation, and data services. The role involves coordinating with internal delivery, operations, and technology teams to ensure high-quality service, timely issue resolution, and adherence to SLAs. The Key Account Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, conduct business reviews, and contribute to forecasting, revenue retention, and account profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong Key Accounts and Account Management skills to build, nurture, and grow long-term client partnerships.
- Proficient Business Planning and Analytical Skills to create account strategies, forecast revenue, and interpret performance data.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities to manage client expectations, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with technology-led services such as BPM, CX, digital transformation, or data/AI solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in B2B or enterprise account management is preferred.
