Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager at Ferring India, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our most important clients. You will drive sales growth, optimize account performance, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic account management and effective communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence within key accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough customer analysis to identify needs, opportunities, and potential challenges, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals and providing ongoing support, leveraging your expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Implement and optimize multi-channel marketing and digital sales strategies to maximize reach and engagement with key accounts.
- Continuously monitor market intelligence to identify new trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in resolving complex issues.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of overall Sales Strategy and Sales Optimization initiatives.
- Deliver consistent and measurable results against sales objectives and key performance indicators.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or a similar senior sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
