Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager Enterprise focused on farming, consultative expansion, and value-driven relationship management. This role will be responsible for managing high-value enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and delivering strategic, data-backed solutions that lead to customer retention, growth, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, and key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.

  • Understand clients AS-IS processes through structured discovery and stakeholder interviews.

  • Serve as the trusted advisor, aligning Finkraft's solutions with business objectives and compliance needs.


Farming, Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Identify consultative opportunities and drive upsell/cross-sell across product lines.

  • Develop business cases, proposals, and ROI narratives to support expansion discussions.

  • Work closely with product and sales to shape solutions based on client use cases and pain points.


Insights-Driven Success

  • Leverage product usage data, GST insights, and financial metrics to demonstrate business impact.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and share actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Drive customer advocacy by showcasing measurable wins across cost savings, efficiency, and compliance.


Retention, Referrals & Influence

  • Proactively manage renewals, handle objections, and structure win-win commercial agreements.

  • Nurture long-term relationships and turn satisfied customers into advocates and referral partners.

  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to maximize product engagement and strategic alignment.



Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management for enterprise SaaS / Fintech clients.

  • Strong exposure to finance or tax technology (GST, invoicing, compliance, or ERP integrations is a plus).

  • Demonstrated ability to farm and grow key accounts through strategic consultative selling.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills can talk numbers with CFOs and workflows with AP teams.

  • Highly data-driven, with experience in building financial narratives, ROI models, and usage insights.

  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise stakeholders across levels and departments.
