Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Key Account Manager in the Electronics Industry. The role entails managing relationships with major clients to drive satisfaction and growth, developing business plans tailored to client needs, implementing strategic account management practices, identifying customer requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of solutions. The position also requires proactive service and consistent communication to maintain strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven Account Management experience with expertise in fostering strong relationships with key accounts
  • Strong Business Planning skills to devise and execute effective strategies tailored to client requirements
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess market trends and customers performance metrics
  • Customer Service and communication skills to address client needs and maintain client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry particularly in Consumer Goods, Home Appliances and Toys
  • Ability to effectively negotiate, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
