Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Calicut. The Key Account Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, develop business plans tailored to client needs, and ensure a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day account activities, addressing client queries, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's overall success.

• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to optimize strategies and performance
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to identify and address client needs effectively
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in electrical, mechanical, or solar industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
