Key Account Manager - Ecommerce

Me N Moms Pvt. Ltd., home to India's trusted baby care brand Mee Mee, is looking for a passionate Manager – E-Commerce to drive marketplace growth and operational excellence across leading online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Snapdeal & BigBasket
• Own product listings, catalogue management, pricing and inventory planning
• Drive sales, revenue and gross margin targets across SKUs
• Manage Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Portal & Seller Flex operations
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals and campaigns
• Handle PPC campaigns, A+ Content, keywords, reviews & ratings optimization
• Perform payment reconciliation and resolve marketplace issues
• Coordinate with Category Managers and Marketplace SPOCs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse and Customer Service teams
• Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Only ecommerce background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
