We're Hiring: Key Account Manager (KAM) E-commerce | Gurgaon
SkinQ is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead our marketplace growth across Amazon (India + US) and Flipkart. If you have strong expertise in beauty D2C brands, marketplace management, and performance marketing, this role is for you.
Role Overview
You will own the growth strategy, P&L, and end-to-end performance of key marketplace accounts. This role requires deep knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart, hands-on experience in beauty category management, and the ability to scale channels through Amazon performance marketing.
You will manage marketplace operations for SkinQ across India and US markets while driving revenue, profitability, and strategic partnerships with platform teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth, revenue, and profitability across Amazon (IN + US) and Flipkart.
- Specialize in channel strategy for D2C beauty brands.
- Drive Amazon performance marketing (Ads, ACOS/ROAS optimization, visibility levers).
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with marketplaces.
- Optimize assortment, pricing, visibility, and promotions to maximize market share.
- Analyze marketplace metrics (traffic, CTR, conversions, Buy Box %, margins, etc.).
- Manage platform investments: ads, promotions, visibility spends, discount structures.
- Coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning, stock availability, and demand forecasts.
- Resolve operational issues (returns, chargebacks, penalties, claim disputes).
- Monitor competition, category trends, and algorithm changes.
What We're Looking For
- 45 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management / KAM roles.
- Experience with D2C beauty brands is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart; Amazon US experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart preferred).
- Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage P&L, margins, pricing, and performance marketing metrics.
