Key Account Manager (eCommerce - Fashion/Apparel)
Location: GK-3, Delhi
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Fashion/Apparel
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the fashion and apparel sector.
- Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets by implementing effective account strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the fashion eCommerce space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the fashion/apparel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of major eCommerce platforms including Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Nykaa, and Flipkart.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
