Role OverviewWe are looking for an Amazon India specialist who has scaled a D2C brand to high volumes on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, etc.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales across all ecommerce marketplaces.
- Lead marketplace operations: listings, cataloguing, A+ content, pricing, inventory, and reviews.
- Plan and optimise advertising budgets (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to improve ROI and margins.
- Handle marketplace P&L, JBP planning, promotions, and target achievement.
- Analyse sales data, competitors, and trends to drive growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content, supply, and product development.
- Maintain strong relationships with category managers across platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile- 5+ years relevant experience in ecommerce marketplaces (B2C & B2B).
- Proven track record of scaling a D2C brand on Amazon (must-have).
- Strong Excel/MIS, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
This is a full-time, in-office role at our Head Office near Andheri Station.
