Mandatory: OEM Sales Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to independently manage and grow OEM business in West Bengal. This role demands strong relationship management, commercial expertise, and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1 Key Account Management

  • Independently manage and nurture existing OEM accounts.
  • Ensure seamless order fulfilment and quick resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to sustain and grow partnerships.

2 New Business Development

  • Identify, target, and onboard new OEM customers across West Bengal.
  • Build a strong lead pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Deliver impactful product demos and technical presentations.

3 Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel reports.
  • Track market trends and monitor competitor activities.

4 Commercial & Contract Management

  • Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding.
  • Support account profitability and uphold commercial discipline.

5 Market Insights & Growth Opportunities

  • Stay updated on customer needs and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify new OEM pockets and drive regional expansion.
  • Share market insights with leadership for strategic planning.
