About the Role
We're looking for a Client Account Manager to help us strengthen client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of our services. You'll be the go-to contact for agency partners, helping them find value, solving challenges, and ensuring they stay and grow with E2M.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Strong process and strategy orientation, good understanding of web technologies and digital marketing, ability to multitask effectively, clear communication style, proven track record of client growth, retention, and profitability, skilled in relationship building.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.), experience working with Sales, Pre-sales, and Account Managers.
