Role Description The Key Account Manager – E-commerce is a full-time role based in New Delhi. This role manages strategic e-commerce key accounts, overseeing day-to-day operations such as listing management, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across online marketplaces and platforms. The person in this role will develop and execute business plans for each key account, track sales performance, analyze data, and recommend actions to drive revenue and improve profitability. They will collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, on-time fulfillment, and strong brand visibility online. Regular responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key e-commerce partners, handling escalations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and preparing reports and forecasts for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Own end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Plan and execute performance marketing & growth strategies, including advertising, promotions, pricing, inventory planning, and conversion rate optimization to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze business performance using data, optimize product listings, manage P&L, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to scale the brand across online channels.
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce account management within FMCG, beauty, or personal care categories is A MUST
  • Good understanding of online marketplaces, digital merchandising, and e-commerce KPIs, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
