Job Description

The key responsibilities include:

    • Ability to practice and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing and online sales.
    • Ecommerce sales management, account management and growth development.
    • Able to handle margins, negotiations, and platform advertising
    • Have strong understanding of ecommerce and advertising metrices.
    • Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce
    • Knowledge of database creation, search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues.
    • Performance Marketing & Content Management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager- E-Commerce should have:

  • A background in marketing or a related field, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing large E-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart) and implementing growth strategies for skincare and personal care products.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
