Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager (e-commerce) located in Dwarka. The Key Account Manager will oversee the management and growth of key e-commerce accounts by maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize account performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing account data, creating business plans, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and driving ongoing account development.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to develop and execute data-driven strategies
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in e-commerce account management or a related industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
