In this role ,the person will be responsible for :
- Manage and grow the business on the ecom with end-to-end ownership.
- Driving the basic: Availability: OSA, Visibility.
- Develop & execute a long term ecom strategy, aligned with ABBOTT goals.
- Build and manage high impact relationships with partner to drive JBP(Joint business plan)
- Lead day to day & annual negotiations and commercial discussion.
- Establish strategic alliance with Digital team and customers.
- Ensure Flawless operations including stock availability, pricing hygiene, content accuracy.
- Liaise with internal cross functional teams(Marketing supply chain, finance, Digital team etc).
- Conduct post campaign analysis and generate actionable insights.
Skills required:
- 4-6 of Total experience with 2 yrs in ecom as KAM.
- Excellent communications, negotiations and stakeholder management.
- Highly data driven with strong analytical & problem solving.
