Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager Digital Marketing who will act as the single point of contact between internal teams and key clients.
The role requires managing end-to-end digital marketing execution including social media marketing, shoot coordination, creative approvals, performance marketing coordination, and campaign reporting.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, marketing understanding, and the ability to drive campaigns from concept to performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Account Management
- Act as primary SPOC for assigned key accounts
- Understand client business objectives and marketing goals
- Prepare monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients
- Ensure timely delivery of commitments
2. Social Media Marketing Management
- Plan and execute content calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors
- Monitor engagement, reach, and growth metrics
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Suggest trending formats and campaign ideas
3. Shoot Coordination
- Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots
- Work with production team, models, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure scripts, shot lists, and deliverables are aligned with campaign goals
- Manage timelines and approvals during shoot execution
4. Creative & Design Approvals
- Brief designers with clear campaign objectives
- Review creatives before client submission
- Collect feedback from clients and ensure revisions are implemented
- Maintain brand guidelines compliance
5. Performance Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with paid ads team (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Align campaign objectives with targeting strategy
- Monitor CPL, ROAS, conversions, CTR
- Share optimization suggestions with performance team
- Prepare monthly performance reports
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Track KPIs including:
- Leads generated
- Engagement rate
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rate
- Campaign ROI
- Present insights and improvement plans
7. Internal Team Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Content team
- Design team
- Video team
- Performance marketing team
- Sales team
- Ensure seamless communication and workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Communications
- 36 years experience in Digital Marketing / Account Management
- Strong understanding of:
- Social media platforms
- Paid advertising (Google & Meta Ads)
- Campaign reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong coordination and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
