Job Description
We're looking for a passionate Key Account Manager (Customer Success) who'll launch India's biggest Ecommerce/D2C brands as Zippee customers & help them grow.
You'll own customer success, adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities while working closely with Product, Operations, and Partnerships teams.
Ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, thrive as a self-starter in an early-stage environment, & drive high-level strategic discussions.
This is an in-person role at our Gurgaon HQ.
What You Will Do
Own customer onboarding, launch, and growth post-handover from Partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for brands and drive customer success.
Improve adoption, retention, CSAT, and customer lifetime value.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
Work with Product teams to capture customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and drive retention initiatives.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, Account Management, or Client Success.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing metrics such as CSAT, NPS, adoption, retention, and churn.
Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
