As a Customer Success Account Manager at Sell.do, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our customers. Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring our CRM platform delivers continuous value. You will work closely with real estate businesses to understand their goals, guide product usage, and advocate for their needs within our internal teams.

What will you do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts post-onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives and align them with Sell.do's CRM capabilities.
  • Drive product adoption, feature usage, and overall engagement to maximize customer ROI.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Sales to drive account growth.
  • Monitor account health metrics, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions with clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and feature requests.

What you should bring to the table

  • 35 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship rolespreferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms or in the PropTech/Real Estate domain is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and advocate for the customer while balancing business goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
