Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales CSE / Account Manager to lead and expand business across Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for the Dassault Systèmes portfolio. The role involves managing enterprise relationships, driving PLM and digital transformation initiatives, and owning end-to-end sales cycles across multiple HAL divisions in West, North, and East India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Ownership & Strategy
  • Own and manage the complete HAL account across multiple geographies and divisions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with HAL's digital transformation goals.
  • Build CXO-level relationships within HAL (Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, R&D).
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive sales for Dassault Systèmes solutions including 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities in areas like PLM, Digital Manufacturing and Simulation.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and pipeline growth.
  • Opportunity Management
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to position the right solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with internal teams, OEM partners, and HAL stakeholders.
  • Align with Dassault Systèmes direct team for joint account planning and strategy.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track aerospace & defense trends, competitor activities, and HAL procurement cycles.
  • Provide insights for business expansion and new solution positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • 6–12 years of experience in enterprise software sales (PLM, CAD, CAE, or Digital Manufacturing).
  • Strong understanding of aerospace/defense sector (experience with HAL or similar PSU is highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of handling large strategic accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across West, North, and East India.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience selling Dassault Systèmes solutions or competing platforms (Siemens, PTC, etc).
  • Exposure to government/PSU tendering processes and long sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, Digital Twin, and Smart Manufacturing concepts.
