Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand business goals, creating project briefs, coordinating with internal teams to meet deliverables, and monitoring campaign performance to maximize results. The Account Manager will also identify growth and optimization opportunities for clients.

- Traffic Management: Oversee the workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with various departments.
- Monthly SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR Retainer ClientMeetings: Discuss new campaign briefs and goals, understand client requirements, target audience, and timelines based on previous months performance of social media assets.
- Market Research: Analyze current social media trends and competitor activities, identify target audience preferences or new approaches.
- Calendar Maintenance: Maintain a 1-month advance calendar of social media activities, develop detailed calendars and timelines, allocate resources and delegate tasks.
- Client Management and CommunicationRegular Updates: Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, campaign performance, and any changes.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback, address concerns promptly, and ensure their requirements are met.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Internal Coordination and Resource ManagementTeam Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, production) to ensure projects are on track.
- Task Delegation: Allocate work to appropriate team members based on their skills and availability.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the agency's quality standards and client expectations.
- Professional Development and Administrative TasksPortfolio Updates: Update agency portfolios with recent work, share successful projects on social media and professional networks.
- Administrative Tasks: Update and maintain productivity tools like ASANA, Clickup, or any other planning tools to record progress, updates, and completion on a daily basis, covering project details, communications, and client assets.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow professionally.
