About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager with strong experience in Client Success / Client Servicing to manage key client accounts, build long-term relationships, and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship management
• Handle multiple client accounts and ensure high client satisfaction
• Coordinate with Creative, Media, Content, SEO and Operations teams
• Track campaigns, deliverables, timelines, approvals and dependencies
• Conduct client review meetings and presentations
• Understand client requirements and align execution with business objectives
• Proactively identify client concerns and coordinate for timely resolution
• Prepare client reports, MOMs, presentations and status updates
• Support campaign planning and strategy discussions
• Identify opportunities for account growth and stronger client relationships

Key Skills

• Client Servicing / Client Success / Key Account Management
• Strong client and stakeholder management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency experience
• Campaign and project coordination
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Eligibility

• 4–7 years of relevant experience
• Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency experience is mandatory
• Candidates must be based in Mumbai
• Immediate to 30 days notice preferred
