Key account Manager – Cement (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Finalization of ARC at HQ with the support of HI team
- Collaboration with the team to drive new initiatives in Cement Industry.
- Initiative at HQ regarding EE, digitalization, Sustainability. Etc
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Communicating and collaborating with marketing , sales and service team to ensure key clients needs are fulfilled.
- Developing thorough understating of Key clients needs , long and short term goals and preparing customized solutions.
- Pass on the leads to sales team and contribute to growth of Cement industry business for Kluber.
Qualifications
- B.E. / MBA with 10 years of experience.
- Essential: leadership, building relationship, personal accountability, technical, effective communication, delegation skills, negotiation. sales planning, manage process, knowledge of HSE and Quality.
- Proven experience in Key account management
- Proficient in MS office applications and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skill.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- The ability to build rapport with Key clients.
