Seeking a Dynamic Account Manager for a Marketing-tech platform based out of Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Liaise with internal teams to meet challenging client requests and handle issue escalations as needed
Generate new business with existing client accounts by extension of services, identification of new opportunities, and up-selling
Timely and effective communication indicating status, progress and new initiatives to external and internal stakeholders.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives while meeting company goals.
Forecast and track key account metrics. Analyse and relay feedback on product and customer reactions to product and sales teams
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree
5+ years of total experience
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Experience in the Ad/Ad Tech industry will be an added advantage
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
