Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Manager at CarDekho Group. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting sales targets, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and strategizing to optimize sales processes and growth. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential business opportunities, analyzing market trends, mentoring sales teams, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and client relationship management skills, with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
  • Team leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and motivate sales teams toward success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and general technology for sales operations
  • Ability to adapt to market trends and develop innovative sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the automobile industry or digital platforms is advantageous
