Job Description

At CAMS Pay (www.camspay.in), we're on a mission to transform the payments ecosystem—and we're looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our growing client-facing team!

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage relationships with key clients, driving engagement and long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell payment solutions within existing accounts
  • Lead account growth strategies aligned with revenue and service goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients
  • Proactively address and resolve client concerns and escalations
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring excellence in service delivery
  • Maintain accurate updates and insights in CRM systems

What We're Looking For

  • 10–12 years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales, preferably in Payments or BFSI
  • Strong domain expertise in the payment industry (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in managing and growing enterprise accounts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, energetic, and go-getter attitude
  • Bachelor's degree required | MBA preferred
