What You'll Do
- Own and manage relationships with key clients, driving engagement and long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell payment solutions within existing accounts
- Lead account growth strategies aligned with revenue and service goals
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns and escalations
- Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring excellence in service delivery
- Maintain accurate updates and insights in CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- 10–12 years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales, preferably in Payments or BFSI
- Strong domain expertise in the payment industry (mandatory)
- Proven track record in managing and growing enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, energetic, and go-getter attitude
- Bachelor's degree required | MBA preferred
