Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through strategic account management and solution delivery.

Role and Responsibility

• Build and maintain good working relationship with current and potential clients in order to create an atmosphere that fosters sales

• Engage and train Brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions across the merchant base

• Acquire, engage and train merchants on payment solutions

• Meet the set goals and sales targets

• Conduct analysis / survey of sales territory to plan required interventions to improve efficiency

• Interact with internal teams with a view to provide inputs to operations and supporting them through the process of target realization

• Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service and quality of service

• Monitor the performance of sales employees and provide the necessary guidance to improve efficiency

• Present periodic reports to management on sales operations

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate / MBA with a good academic record
  • At least 3 - 7 year of field sales experience of Merchant acquiring / Banking industry or field sales Experience
  • Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions
  • Good negotiation, communication and convincing skills, Analytical skills
