We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales within key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Analyze account performance and prepare reports for senior management on account status and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and minimize risks for the company.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess account performance and identify trends.
