B2B Sales BOOM Sales: Customers with long term contract
450 KG Sales: Customer with long term contract and supply through distributors
SPOT Sales: Selling the B2B material to bottlers/customer on SPOT basis
Total Contracted volume: Total volume max of 8000 MT/annum from max of 15 customers, the total market potential is up to 120000 MT per annum.
New Industrial contracts: To get new contracts with minimum volume contract period of 5 years
Outstanding payments: Collection of outstanding payments within average collection period of 12 days.
Safety Audit & training mock drill in the customer locations : All BOOM customers in their location.
Job dimensions:
- Generating leads that could have use of LPG/ Propane as a fuel, developing a feasible proposal for such customers and following with them to sign long term supply agreements.
- Working with other fuel users and converting them into LPG / Propane.
- Negotiating prices on a monthly basis with the customers who buy on a spot basis.
- Routine visits to existing contracted customers as well as spot customers to develop better relations.
- Visiting LPG yards of contracted customers where TOTAL has provided the equipment and ensure that the equipment is being used in a safe manner.
- Providing reports on competitor activities, changes in regulatory environment that could affect our business.
Collection of any mandatory forms on time.
- Provide regular market analysis and keep the top management abreast of the market dynamics.
- Ensure expansion of Boom and Commodity Business in an efficient manner
- Provide monthly forecast based on various market dynamics to enable smooth supply and sourcing of product and equipment.
- Maintain financial discipline in line with the Group's policy.
- Ensure Group's safety, security, environment and ethics standards are understood and followed by all the stakeholders in the packed segment.
- Initiate steps to enhance customer satisfaction and thereby, boost the brand image of the Company
- Coordinating with Logistics, Plant operations, Technical, Project & Finance and other teams.
Accountabilities:
- Meeting sales targets in respective assigned territory
- Business development & sustainable growth across all business segments in line with the annual targets.
- Building brand value of the Company.
- Ensure adherence to the HSEQ and Ethics policies of the Company.
- Safety audit and training for the customers.
- Promoting LPG as a cleaner fuel and conversion of customers.
Required profile:
- Graduate with an experience of up to 5 years in B2B sales & marketing with a qualification in Business Management.
- Should be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adequate technical knowledge of B2B business
